I recently completed a series of Spinal Flow sessions with Tamara, and it turned out to be the perfect modality for helping me integrate a psilocybin journey.
Tamara is a genuine healer. Over the past six weeks, this has been a truly life-changing experience. Through her healing hands, she helped my body move and release stored trauma and energy that I no longer needed. She was able to clear blocks that my body had been holding onto for years.
For much of my life I felt out of my body, and these sessions helped me reconnect and integrate what once felt outside of me so that it could finally live within me.
Tamara is kind, lighthearted, deeply connected, and has the most amazing healing hands. She creates such a safe space for whatever needs to come up. I loved every session. A lot surfaced, and there were tears and uncomfortable moments, but she stood by my side holding space and supporting me every step of the way.
As someone who is very sensitive to energy and healing work, I could truly feel the care, presence, and integrity she brings to every session.
